recently opened up about the success of his debut Tamil venture TTT [Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimayil].
The director mentioned that working with an actor like Jiiva was his dream, and he wanted to ensure that everyone remembers the comic drama for all the right reasons.
Made on a shoestring budget of 10 crores, TTT released alongside stalwarts like Parasakthi and Vaa Vathiyaar. Ironically, it was TTT that turned out to be one of the only two Tamil films this year, which succeeded at the box office, the other one being With Love, which marked Abhishan Jeevinth’s acting debut.
