Duheri is a Kannada-dubbed TV serial that aired on Star Pravah. The original serial was aired in the Marathi language and is available on an OTT platform, Hotstar. Duheri is a mystery and suspense show. The story revolves around a simple and loving girl Maithili who lives with her sister in a small village in Maharashtra.
Maithili adores her sister Neha and wants to give her a stable and secure life. To make that possible, she has to move out of the village and live in the city. She finds city life very fast and tiring till she encounters a difficult situation. She is somehow pulled into a circle where she loses her identity. She is forced to live as her doppelganger with a wealthy lifestyle. This enables her to provide for her sister but at the same time also makes her lose her identity and reality.
