Its story revolves around the Hindu deity Shree Ganesh, adapted from ancient Hindu scriptures.

One day, Goddess Parvati felt lonely in Kailash without her elder son, Kartikaeya, and husband, Lord Shiva. So, she created her younger son, Vinayaka, and asked him to stop anyone from entering while she was bathing. Hence, he adamantly stopped everyone from entering, even insulting them, especially Lord Shiva. Furious by his misbehavior, Lord Shiva hesitantly beheads him with his trident. Learning about this tragedy, the Goddess becomes angry. She demanded her son back safely else, she would destroy the world. Now, the trident destroyed the previous head of Ganesha.

Hence, Lord Shiva joined his lower body with an elephant’s head. Seeing her son alive, the anger of the Goddess ceases, and everyone becomes happy. Now, Vinayaka is appointed the chief of Lord Shiva’s Ganas and given the name Ganesha or Ganapati. He was blessed with Vighnaharta powers, making him the destroyer of all obstacles for anyone. This series also covers other stories of Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva. Akanksha Puri played the role of Goddess Parvati, Malkhan Singh became Lord Shiva, and Uzair Basar played the titular role of Lord Ganesha in the series.
