and Sarvam Thaala Mayam. As Vanakkam Da Mappilei seems to be a youthful subject, he might have chosen this. However, it didn’t work out well as expected. Rajesh’s earlier movies have some good comedy sequences. Boss Engira Baskaran and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi are the finest examples of his comedy projects. He follows the same Nanbenda kind of friends and a friendly mother formula in this film too. He chooses good actresses for the mother role and they impress the audience. In Vanakkam Da Mappilei, he should have tried some better comedy. Although some scenes are good, not all the scenes are impressive as Boss Engira Baskaran. The BGM and cinematography are good.
