Plot

Bharathi (Rajalakshmi Senthil) is a government school teacher who becomes the talk of the town after she applies for a gun license, to fight against child sexual abuse. The film portrays her journey as she fights to provide justice for the victims of child sexual abuse.

Star Performance

Rajalakshmi Senthil has delivered an extraordinary performance as a government school teacher fighting against child sexual abuse. Vijay Bhaarat's dialogue delivery and fight sequences as a fierce lawyer are outstanding. Radha Ravi has done a great job as a father and retired police officer. His dialogue and performance make the audience shed tears. Natarajan Jeevanantham's acting is remarkable. The rest of the cast includes Pala Karuppiah, Abi Nakshatra, Dhanya Ananya, Vaiyapuri, and Jeeva Ravi in prominent roles. They all have played their roles realistically.

Analysis

The story revolves around a government school teacher Bharathi (Rajalakshmi Senthil) who has applied for a gun license to fight against child sexual abuse. The movie perfectly captures the gruesomeness of child sexual abuse and how that affects a child both physically and mentally. The courtroom scenes are very well written with strikingly fierce dialogues and outstanding performances, especially by Vijay Bhaarat. The scenes where Bharathi is harassed by the press, media, and opponents who want her to drop the case show the reality of society. The story is moving while it also sheds light on the serious issue of child abuse and the brutal impact it has on young lives. The film is a strong reminder that we all have a role in protecting children and ensuring that they are safe from the heinous people in society. The flashback sequence is crafted very well. Baiju Jacob's music is both haunting and mesmerizing. Ramani Kanthan's thought-provoking lyrics make the songs hard-hitting for the audience. Kasivisvanathan Chelladurai's cinematography captures the beauty and mystery of the story with stunning details. Veronica Prasad's editing keeps the pace brisk and thrilling throughout the movie.
