Waheeda feels that Gypsy is lucky as he has enough freedom to carry out his wishes, which she is denied at home. Waheeda elope with Gypsy to get him married. What happens next? Did her father Muthalippu find them out and harm them? Watch the film to know the rest.
Jiiva fits well in the role. His body language is fantastic. Natasha did a great job. The rest of the stars had done, what is expected from them.
The story deals with the interreligious marriages and the survival of the couple, who married crossing their religious boundaries. The theme is okay, but the screenplay didn’t impress. Whenever the audience fell that the movie makes them a bit bored, it is Jiiva who makes the audience sit straight with his natural performance. Certain scenes seem to be repeated. The highly expected reactions didn’t satisfy the audience and it turned tasteless. The production and technical values are okayish.
What’s Not There?
With a script that has ethical complexities, Raju Murugan has given out a good film. If the screenplay had been penned with more engaging elements, then it would have been better. However, the performances and the narration make the audience watch the film without any regrets!
