Chithra is a worldwide known Indian soulful singer. Her original name is Krishnan Nair Shantakumari Chithra. Born in July 1963, Chithra has grown into a versatile singer who can sing all variants. Though she is a born Malayali, she sang in more than 13 languages so far, and the number is still going on. She is fondly known as Chinna Kuyil and Keralathinte Vanambadi, which translates into English as Little Nightingale and Nightingale of Kerala. This is due to her exceptionally melodious singing which has never known any boundaries. She made the excellent contribution to the Music industry in languages like Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Odia, Assamese, Hindi, Bengali, Sanskrit, Badaga, Tulu, Punjabi, and Urdu. She has a record of being able to record more than 25,000 songs and the number is still increasing. In addition to these recorded songs, she also participated in countless concerts.

Shalini Singh is an Indian actress. Born on 15 May she comes from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Shalini has worked in Bollywood and Hindi tv shows. She is currently working as Neha in the show "Ghum hai kisi ke Pyar Mein”. She completed her school at Sunbeam Public School. Shalini completed her degree of Bachelor in Pathology at the University of Mumbai in 2012.

He primarily works in the Malayalam industry. C Karunakar is the producer of Sruthilayalu in 1987, Sutradharulu in 1989, Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala in 1989, Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka in 2001, Udayananu Tharam in 2005, and Rashtram in 2006. C Karunakar has awards galore for movies. The film Sruthilayalu received the Nandi Award for Best Feature Film in 1987. Sutradharulu won the Nandi Award for Third Best Feature Film in 1989 and the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu in 1990. The film Chinthavishtayaya Shyamala won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Film in 1998, the Asianet Film Award for Best Film in 1999, the Filmfare Award for Best Film- Malayalam in 1999, and the National Film Award for Best Film in 2000. 

Actor Sreenivasan is a Malayalam actor who had ruled the regional cinema graph for over 25 years and has earned the credit of having acted in over 200 films so far. Kaithpram Damodaran Namboothiri is a famous Malayalam Lyrist, Actor, Singer, Writer and Music Director. Born on January 1^st, 1950 in village Kaithpram, he is also a famous performer of Carnatic music. His father is Keshavan Namboothiri who is widely known as Kannadi Bhagavatar, known as the disciple of Chembai Vaidyanatha Bhagavatar. His mother is Anjali Antharjanam. His preferred language of performance remains to be Malayalam. He has completed music and acting at the school of Natyagruha. His wife is Devi Antharjanam who is the daughter of actor Unnikrishnan Namboothiri. His kids are Deepankuran and Devadarshan. Deepankuran has also sung for Desadanam and many more songs for various films.

Ouseppachan is well-known music composer in the Indian film industry, who is mainly seen to be doing background scores as well as the music for Malayalam films as well as for few of the Hindi films. Mechery Louis Oseppachan was born on 13th September 1955, in Thrissur. Ouseppachan had been interested in music and had a flair for it from his early days itself. The inborn talent in him came out as melodious songs played on his violin. This great musician started his journey with this simple string instrument. He had joined certain troops and bands after his formal education was over. He was seen to play the violin in the troop “Voice of Thrissur”, which is popular music troop of the time. He has a vibrant personality and can make the crowd tap their feet with his energetic songs, can make them emotional with his soothing voice and is a mass entertainer. He was born on February 21, 1977. He is a very well-known playback singer and has worked for many films. He is mainly working for the Karnataka, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam film industries. Ranjith was born in a Malayali family, in Chennai. His family belongs to a small town, Kalluvazhi, Kerala. Ranjith grew up listening to various types of music he stayed in a society where social-programmes were a trend. The localities used to participate in these programmes. Once, a family friend suggested training Ranjith for classical music.

The first movie, he committed was Thiranottam, but the first to release was Manjil Virinja Pookal. This movie had Poornima Jayaram as his pair and that is the debut movie in Malayalam for her too. Popularly known as A.K. Lohithadas, his detailed work on Malayalam Cinema as a scriptwriter, playwright, director, and producer has bought him a lot of fame. He was born in Kerala on May 5, 1955. Writing a film story was his real passion, but he was unable to make a mark in that industry. In 1986, he made his debut in script writing in the Malayalam Theater, and his work was accepted by the legendary stage actor, Thoppil Bhasi. This recognition led him to bag a state award. Actor, Thilakan introduced him to Malayalam film director, K.G. George, but it didn’t help him in starting a film career. Although this did not do wonders, the latter gave Lohithadas, a core idea which then turned out to be the story of Kireedam. Sibi Malayil was also searching for talented writers when he came across Lohithadas, and the movie Thaniavarthanam became a huge hit.

His other name was ‘Salim Ahmed Ghoush’. He has done many of the things in the Indian movies like he was a director an actor and as well as a screenwriter in Indian movies. He has also done his education in Kochi as he has done his schooling from St. Augustine's school and has graduated from the college namely St. Alberts college. And he has done his graduation in the field of botany. After some time he got married to “Fasila” and they got twins baby. He was also a great comedian and was the member of the really famous comedy troupe known as “Cochin kalabhavan” , in this troupe there are many of the great known people namely ‘Harisree’,‘Ashokan’ ,’ Bindhu Panicker’ and ‘Salimkumar’. The first film in which he acted was “Azhimukham”. And has done many of the movies and done comedy role in most of the movies.He got died at the age of 58 on 2nd of February 2010.

Jagathy Sreekumar, a famous Indian film actor known for his comedy roles. His original name is Sreekumar Achary known by his screen name Jagathy. Sreekumar was born in 1951 in Jagathy, Trivandrum.His father was a drama artist, and he worked for all India radio. He did his schooling in Trivandrum and completed his graduation from Mar Ivanious College Trivandrum. He first started his career as a medical representative and due to his immense passion towards the film, he turned to the film industry and became an actor.

During his school and college days itself, he acted in dramas and play and became a theater artist. He started his film career in the movie Chattambi Kalyani directed by J Sasikumar in 1975.After that, he did small roles, and later he became popular for his comedy roles. In 1976 after his after Jagathy married to Mallika Sukumaran and Jagathy at that time was at the starting stage of his career. Mallika was a lead actress in the industry also. Later they got separated, and Jagathy continued with his acting. Jagathy mentions his father as a strict person and in interviews, he always mentions about his father.Jagathy film journey continued and in 1979 he again married Kala, and the couple had a daughter Sreelakshmi. Later in 1984, the relationship ended with a divorce. Kalpavriksham, Madalasa, Ethoruswapnam, Pappu, Munettam, Adipan, Yavanika, Ayityham, Jaalakam, Shikkar, Naayika, Udayananu Taram, etc. were his famous hits. In 1984, Jagathy again married Shobha and has one son and daughter.

Jagathy directed two films in Malayalam Kalyanaunnikal and Annakutty Kodambakkam Vilikunu. 1990's Jagathy Kalpana combination was a hit and almost all films the pair joined. He wrote the screen play for the movie champion Thomas in 1990.Apart from all these Jagathy also tried his luck as a playback singer and sung almost five songs in Malayalam.

Jagathy got many awards for his performance, and he is in Guinness book of world records for completing 1500 films .he got 5 Kerala state film award,2 Kerala film critics award, Bahadoor Award in 2003, Prem Nazir ward in 2005, etc. He got The Kochi Times Film Award for his negative role in the movie Urumi.

During the peak point of his career in 2012 Jagathy met with an accident while returning to his house after film shoot. Jagathy was hospitalized over 1 year and is still recovering from his injuries. There is only one Jagathy in Indian cinema and nobody can ever replace his place.   The name Jagathy Sreekumar echoes in the mind of every malayalee audience and all are waiting for his comeback.

Janardhanan is a Malayalam film actor, who started his career in villain roles. Despite having gotten his start in villain roles, he was able to combine a strong comedic ability with many more various characters, whether he played a Christian, Hindu, Muslim, Punjabi or even a Sikh character. Well, this Malayalam actor began his career as a villain, but later turned into comedy roles. He made his debut in 1969 in the film "Veettu Mrugam". He has acted in more than 400 films in Malayalam so far. 

Although he started playing brusque villains in the 1970s, later went on to establish himself as a highly-sought after comedian. The turning point in his career was his role in 1988 film Oru CBI Diary Kurippu, which brought out his comic skills. He is known particularly for his style of handling humour with his iconic voice. 

When it comes to comedy and villain roles — is that as an actor you’ll be stuck in a niche and directors will be unwilling to cast him in a more diverse set of roles once an audience grows accustomed to seeing they play the same thing again and again. This happened a great deal with actors like Janardhanan, whom people had only watched in a specific type of roles as a comedian. He has been just typecast. This versatile actor was born in 1946 in Ullala (Kerala). He was a dropout from degree courses in Thiruvananthapuram University college and joined the Air force, While he was getting trained in the Air Force, he discontinued his service there and returned home to do business. Later on, he pursued his degree again in commerce from a private college in Neeyyattinkara( Kerala) and got a debut in a documentary (Prathisanthi). He did not take up even the banking job in Central Bank of India and took up the opportunity in acting. His journey to filmdom was successful later on. He got married to Vijayalakshmi and they have two daughters.

Salim Kumar is a person who deserves the title of a film legend. He was born on 1969 in Kerala to parents Gangadharan and Kausalya. He has worked in nearly two hundred and fifty films, mostly in Malayalam and is a very popular public figure in Kerala. He did his higher education in BA from Maharajas College in Ernakulam, which has a reputation for nurturing budding artists. During his course at Maharajas, he had won the University title for mimicry three years in a row.
