Plot

Major Kabir had gone rogue during an assassination mission. Following this, Captain Khalid had been given the duty to bring his mentor, Major Kabir under justice. Star Performance

When we see the performance side, both the leading stars have done extremely well. Probably it will be best for Hrithik Roshan as well as Tiger in their career, so far. Vaani Kapoor did justice to her role. But she didn't have much to do. In short, we could say that she had performed an extended cameo role. Then, about Anupriya Goenka… she had done her part well. Masur Amrohi and Sanjeev Vatsa are okayish. Dipannita Sharma and Ashutosh Rana ... What are they doing in the film?

Analysis

While hearing the script, we might think that this is a usual script in Bollywood. Yes, it is a usual and simple script in Bollywood! But the execution matters! Isn’t it! The director Siddharth Anand had come with the gripping screenplay and the action sequences are very much engaging and the film will attract the audience for sure. Siddharth Anand had overtaken his previous work in Bang Bang and his narration is perfect. The BGM is fantastic and a couple of songs are pictured well. The cinematography is super perfect. The climax had been shot excellently and definitely it will impress the audience.

Verdict

War is a perfect action entertainer that will attract action movie lovers. Although there are minor flaws in the movie, it has come with a good performance from Hrithik and Tiger and also with the good execution line by Siddharth.
