Plot
Gaurav and Bani are head over heels in love with each other. They feel that they are very transparent with each other, and there is no secret between them. When Gaurav’s mother okays their relationship, Bani’s father doesn’t. He strongly believes that there could not be a transparent relationship. If they prove to be transparent, then he’ll approve their marriage. He lays them a condition to exchange their phones to prove their trust and love. What happens next forms the rest of the story.
Star Performance
Junaid and Khushi have done their roles well. Though they are in the initial stages of their career, they have done their part naturally with all the needed emotions. Grusha and Ashutosh have done a wonderful job as the parents. Their performances are mind-blowing, and help us travel with the story. Kiku Sharda and Tanvika Parlikar add charm to their roles.
Analysis
The film is remade with some alterations from the original Tamil version, to suit the sensibilities of Bollywood. The makers have brought into light the mentality of the latest generations, which includes positives and negatives. The makers also wanted to show the youngsters how to solve the relationship issues instead of escaping the situation. Kiran and Anupam’s portions are also well-made. When Anupam gets angry while anyone touches his phone, we doubt his character. Some of the revelation scenes and Gaurav’s conversation with his mom towards the climax are good. The music is decent and the visuals are cool.
