In August 2006, she was ranked seven in the list of top Canadian actors in Hollywood by Canadian Business magazine.
Avril has launched her own fashion line called Abbey Dawn. She has released three perfumes called Black Star (released in 2009), Forbidden Rose (released in 2010) and Wild Rose (released in 2011). She was married to Deryck Whibley, the lead singer and guitarist of Sum 41. They got divorced in 2010. Avril has been married to Chad Kroeger since 2013.
