Yet Another Voice For Jallikattu!

“Jallikattu” is the cultural sport of Tamilnadu. As the Supreme Court has banned the sport that will be held during Maatu Pongal every year, Tamilnadu people started to protest against the verdict by the Supreme Court and urging the government to permit them to conduct the sport. The sport has been receiving a lot of support from the people and the film fraternities. Started with Hiphop Tamizha Adhi, actors like Kamal Haasan, “Silambarasan,” “Sivakarthikeyan,” “G V Prakash Kumar” and “Dhanush” support Jallikattu. Poet “Vairamuthu” and director “Seeman” also raised their voice for the cultural sport. Now actor “Prabhu” extended his support to Jallikattu and he also thanked the people for raising the voice for Sivaji Ganesan statue.
