Vikram To Replace Mammootty!

Chiyaan Vikram, who has been playing two movies simultaneously, has been getting ready for his next. Vikram is working in “Saamy 2” with Keerthy Suresh and Bobby Simha directed by “Hari” and Dhruva Natchathiram with Aishwarya Rajesh and Ritu Varma, directed by Gautham Menon. Now, he is said to have signed a remake of the super hit Malayalam film, The Great Father. The mystery thriller film had “Mammootty,” “Sneha,” Baby Anikha, “Arya,” Miya George, “Shaan” and Malavika Mohanan. The film also shared the bonding between the father and daughter. Yet, we didn’t get any confirmation from Vikram’s side. In the Telugu version, Daggubati Venkatesh would play the lead role. The Great Father was produced in a budget of Rs. 6 crores and the film is said to have collected Rs. 50 crores at the box office. The film was also dubbed in Hindi.
