, the Thala mentored the Daksha team in developing the UAV. The team had grabbed the attention of the people when they represented India in a competition held overseas. Now, they are helping the government in corona prevention. Daksha team uses the drones to spray the disinfectants of 900 liters around 3 lakh/sq. Km. Arul Sengan is one of the project associates of Daksha, which is led by Senthilkumar. He stated that to use the drones to spray the disinfectants, they had modified the drones.
The drones are flown throughout the day and they consume petrol. Arul Sengan stated that when Ajith is in the city and is free, he had always visited them and had given them some technical advice. Even if he goes abroad, he collects some useful information and sends them, stated Arul. He also expects Ajith joins their current project too.
