A few months back, the Tamilnadu farmers had been in Delhi protesting against the central government to fulfill their basic demands. They had been on the roads of Delhi Jantar Mantar and created the attention of the central government. However, none from the central government visited them and heard their demands. After a month, TN CM “ Edappadi K Palaniswami Edappadi K Palaniswami is an Indian Politician. He >> Read More... ” visited them and requested them to withdraw their protest and he will favor them soon. So, they believed his words and withdrew the protest. But, the farmers were not favored. Now, they started their protest again in Delhi. Today, as a part of their protest, the farmers beat themselves with their slippers. The farmers also raised their voice for the salary hike to the MLAs in Tamilnadu.
