As Latha didn’t appear before the court, the Supreme Court sent a notice that the respondent didn’t receive the notice and the postal remarks “Always Door Locked” has been received. It also instructs them to file a fresh petition within a period of four weeks with the fresh particulars regarding the respondent. Dasti notice is allowed to serve to Latha, says the Supreme Court. The Registrar MV Ramesh has sent the notice on behalf of the Supreme Court and also informed that it would be listed again on 13th January 2017.
