Ram Gopal Varma, the controversial director, has already told that he had a crush on “Sridevi.” When he heard that Sridevi was approached to do Shivagami Devi role in “Baahubali,” he commented on his Twitter, “If @SrideviBKapoor did Bahubali2 she would have gotten more credit than Prabhas it being her very next film after English Vinglish.” His comment has created a furor among “Prabhas” fans. However, everyone knows that Sridevi could not have done the role better than Ramya Krishnan. Ramya’s physique and voice seem to have been tailor-made for Shivagami role. Sridevi asked for a remuneration of Rs. 5 Crores but the makers have planned Rs. 2.5 Crore for the role and Ramya did it flawlessly.
