Prabhu Deva, the actor, choreographer, director cum producer has signed a project under the direction of Karthik Subbaraj. Kannada actress Samyuktha Hegde is booked to do the female lead. She is a newbie and is just a film old in Kannada. Her debut film Kirik Party with Rakshit Shetty was a super hit film. As there are problems running between both the states, some of the Kannada activists had spread the rumor that Samyuktha had said that career is important than Kannada. But the actress denied the news and took it to her Facebook and posted, “Kannada is my mother tongue and I respect it immensely, my first preference is always Kannada. Before judging please know the truth and understand the situation Everything you see and listen about on Tv isn't true And I didn't give any offensive statements My language is my love I don't need anyone to explain it to me.” When will the fight between the states come to an end?
