When asked about her role, Radhika Prasidhha says, "In the film Kadugu I am donning a teacher. So, I have taken enough care to ensure that there are no similarities from my previous attempt. The story is set against the backdrop of a village in Cuddalore. I appear on the screen with “Rajakumaran.” But I am not paired opposite him. We don’t have a relationship as that of a couple. We are great friends, who put forward an ideology that a guy and a girl can be friends without a romantic interest."
