Vikram Vedha is the action thriller entertainer directed by Pushkar Gayathri. This is the third film of the husband and wife duo. “R Madhavan” and Vijay Sethupathi shared he screen space together for the first time. Madhavan plays the cop and Vijay Sethupathi plays the gangster. Shraddha Srinath, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and “Kirumi” “Kathir” play supporting roles. The film released on 21st July with a lot of expectations, as the teaser was released by Shah Rukh Khan. It didn't disappoint the audiences. Vikram Vedha has collected a stunning amount of Rs. 1.1 crore in Chennai in the two days of release. It would have collected Rs. 5 + crores all over Tamilnadu, says a report. It is a big opening for both Maddy and Makkal Selvan.
