Is Vada Chennai A Political Thriller?

Vada Chennai is the upcoming film of “Dhanush” and Amala Paul. The film directed by the National Award winning filmmaker, “Vetrimaaran” has Vijay Sethupathi and Andrea Jeremiah in the crucial roles. The film will also have “Samuthirakani,” Daniel Balaji and Kishore Jayaram in the supportive roles. The story deals with the politics and it showcases how the politicians who swim in crores of money deal with it when they get caught behind the bars. Dhanush plays a crucial role which is a part of the happenings inside the jail. They have given a realistic approach to the film. Already we have got a couple of national awards for Vetrimaaran and Dhanush collaboration. We hope both of them would satisfy the audiences. Meanwhile, Dhanush has a couple of films for the release, before Vada Chennai. “Kodi” with Trisha Krishnan and Anupama Parameshwaran and “Thodari” with Keerthy Suresh are fast approaching.
