“Charuhasan,” the elder brother of
Kamal Haasan
is said to play a local don in his next film. The film will be directed by a debutante,
Vijay Sri G
. He said that he met the senior actor on Monday and told him that he would like him to portray a don. After hearing this, Charuhasan laughed and said, “I have a don inside me.” Already Charuhasan had played a negative role in “Jai Hind.” But, it was not a fearsome role. The 86-years-old actor asked the director, “I am a thaatha now. How will you portray me as a don? If you are Okay with me, then I have no problem.” The director had told him that he had scripted the role with Charuhasan in mind and hence he would suit the role perfectly. Vijay Sri says that although Charuhasan plays the villain he would not be seen as a baddie but some sort of role which
Ajith Kumar
plays these days. The film is set in Chennai and Charuhasan will sport a raw look. Charuhasan have to attend the shooting for just five to six days and his role is the fulcrum of the story says the director.
