Gnanavel Raja Has Four Movies On Hand!

Studio Green, the popular movie making company owned by Gnanavel Raja, the former joint secretary of the Tamil Film Producers Council has four films in their kitty. Yes, Gnanavel Raja has been jointly producing Thaana Serndha Kootam with Suriya Sivakumar. The film has Suriya in the lead role along with Ramya Krishnan, Karthik Muthuraman, Suresh Chandra Menon, “Senthil,” Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan, Saranya Ponvannan and Robo Shankar. The film is directed by Vignesh Shivan and it will hit the screens on Pongal. Besides this, Gnanavel has “Bhaagamathie,” featuring Anushka Shetty, “Jayaram” and Unni Mukundan, directed by Ashok; “Gajinikanth” with “Arya” and “Kaateri” with Vaibhav Reddy. Bhaagamathie is a bilingual project and Studio Green produces only the Tamil version and the Telugu version is by UV Creations. Similarly, Kaateri directed by “Deekay” is also said to be bilingual. Gnanavel Raja resigned his post as the secretary of Producers Council to contest in the Distributors Council election, with a lot of hope. Unexpectedly he lost the election!
