Gaja cyclone completely shattered the delta areas and put the residents in trouble. Almost all the farmers lost their livelihood. Many people are still staying in the government schools, as the rescue works are not yet over. A recently released video message of a woman, who is affected by Gaja cyclone, touches the hearts. She says that as they lost their lives, they are staying in a school. Eatables were not available and even the ration shop rice was wet. They had no other go and had to dry the rice and cook it. They couldn’t manage the hungry children, says the poor woman, who lost her home to Gaja.
