Following a lot of controversial comments, Nilani drank the mosquito repellent liquid and attempted to commit suicide. She had been admitted to Royapettah Government Hospital in Chennai. She has two kids with her husband, who left her and married some other woman. Now, Maduravoyal Police has filed a case on Nilani.
