A van in Teynampet gets caught fire. The traffic in the area is blocked. The reason for the fire is not yet known. The inquiry is going on!
The attack on Indian Fishermen: Indian Fishermen, who were venturing fishing at the maritime limit, were attacked by the Sri Lankan Navy on 6th March 2017. In this unannounced attack, a young fisher named Britjo was killed and two other fishers were severely injured. A case has been filed on 7th March at the Tamilnadu Coastal Guard station. Now, the case has been transferred to Dhanushkodi Police Station. However, the Sri Lankan Navy denied the attack made on the Indian Fishers. Sri Lankan Government has ordered an inquiry.
The Enforcement Directorate has ordered for a search in 12 places in Chennai.
