”, has committed doing a cop in his next. He confirmed the news recently and said, "I was waiting for a good role after Yennai Arindhaal and Arivazhagan Venkatachalam came up with this brilliant script. I am playing the role of a cop for the first time in my career. Unlike the regular film cops, the role requires my body language to be subtle. I haven't followed any real-life police officer's look for this though, and will be taking cues from my director". Arun says that he will be gaining a little weight for his role. He will be seen in a clean shave look for his cop role. Touted to be a medical crime thriller, this film is inspired by the crime novel writer Rajesh Kumar’s novel. “Arivazhagan” of “Eeram” fame directs this crime thriller.
