Amma Kanakku Postponed!

“Amma Kanakku” is the upcoming film featured by Amala Paul, “Samuthirakani” and “Revathi” in pivotal roles. “Dhanush” will appear on the screen as a guest. Ashwini Iyer Tiwari has directed the film. The film is a remake of Bollywood super hit film, “Nil Battery Sannata” featured by Swara Bhaskar. Amma Kanakku is the production venture of Dhanush and the film was supposed to be released on 17th June. Now, the film has been postponed to 24th June. Audio tracks of the film were released online. Maestro “Ilayaraja” has composed the songs and the background music. Amala Paul has daringly taken this role and played as the mother of a teenager. We have to wait for two more weeks to watch her matured performance. Meanwhile, she has been performing in a Malayalam film, “Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum” with “Jayasurya” and Kunchacko Boban. After marriage, Amala didn’t commit in the movies. As per the request of Suriya Sivakumar, she started committing films from “Pasanga 2.”
