She said about her plan for making documentaries that will create awareness on gender equality. She also said that she would try to solve the issues faced by rural Indian women. When she was asked about her achievements, she said that only because of her family men, she could shine in her career. Aishu states that she is very independent and her dad and husband had given her a lot of freedom to do things on her own. Although both of them are in the top position, Aishwarya doesn’t want to use their name. She lauds her husband for caring the children and managing the family. When she is away, he is the one who cares their children. At present, the director is writing a book named “On An Apple Box.” She says that it is a memoir about her family.
