Mammootty’s Next With Debut Director Jithin K Jose

After a topsy turvy ride, Mammootty is prepared for a packed schedule ahead.

According to the latest reports, Mammootty will do his next film with Jithin K Jose, who is well known for writing a thriller like ‘Kurup’, which starred Dulquer Salmaan Dulquer Salmaan is a popular Malayalam actor, who >> Read More... as Sukumar Kurup, a conman on the loose.

The movie would be Jose’s debut as a director. However, nothing would start until Mammootty has completed his next major project with Gautham Vasudev Menon.

A bilingual of sorts, this would be the latter’s directorial debut in Malayalam. The movie also stars Nayanthara in the lead role, and Mammootty’s character is apparently inspired from the iconic detective Sherlock Holmes. Not only would be Mammootty play the lead role, he would also bankroll this film as a producer.

Apart from that, Mammootty has had a topsy turvy ride this year. He began this year with a short but powerful cameo in ‘Abraham Ozler’, an investigative drama. Then, Mammootty produced to deliver a banger like ‘Bramayugam’, which turned out to be a surprise hit.
