Two months are left, and yet Mollywood has done the unthinkable.
The Malayalam cinema industry is competing fiercely with Bollywood for the top spot, with more than 1500 crores earned from 150 movies and counting. The only industry ahead of them is Bollywood, with more than 2500 crores and counting from more than 180 movies released till date.
The jackpot began in February, when three films released one after the another.
