, the multilingual actress, married director AL Vijay in 2014 and divorced him in 2017. A couple of years back, a few wedding photos of Amala Paul with Bhavninder Singh, a Mumbai-based singer, were released on the internet. However, it was deleted later. Recently, Amala Paul filed a complaint against Bhavninder Singh for threatening her. She also said that it was just a photo shoot and never married him. The singer was arrested based on Amala’s complaint. But, he got bail after showing evidence of his marriage with Amala Paul.
It is also said that they tied the knots in 2017 as per Punjabi tradition. Only after their separation in 2020 the wedding photos were released. As the singer got unconditional bail after showing the marriage evidence, it is believed that the actress had married him and got separated.
