, a few people oppose it. Recently, Kishan went out in his car for some personal work. He was caught by the police for driving the car in over speed. They demanded him cash, says Kishan, He took it to his social networking page and stated that he was willing to pay the fine amount. But, the police wanted to seize his driving license. He had some old currency notes that were recently barred. The cops didn’t have the swipe machines. They compelled him to come to the bank with them and withdraw the money. Kishan questions the cops that why they treat the public as their enemies. He also informs that the cops didn’t give him the original Fine receipt for over speeding.
