The property is located around 30 miles in the south of London. The property is said to have six bedrooms and attached bathrooms. Three bathrooms are half size, and five bathrooms are full size. He purchased the property along with Katie Holmes in the year 2006. He had purchased the property for a cheaper amount, says a source.
