The actor was last seen in the ring in his film, ‘Raging Bull’ which won the actor an Oscar. In this new film, the actor will be playing a trainer in the biopic of Roberto Duran. Recently, the actor mentioned that he was excited to be coming back to the Cannes Festival and that he is very proud of this film. Earlier, the actor has already been a part of two movies that won Cannes’ top prize. ‘Tazi Driver’ in 1976 and ‘Mission’ in 1986 were both very well received. The Cannes festival is all set to happen between the 11th and 22nd of May. ‘Hands of Stone’ is all set and will release before September internationally. We wish the actor all the best.
