She is Hannah’s best friend in the show and dreams to be a singer. Marnie is hated by a lot of fans, because of her uptight nature and her tendency to live in her fantasies. She cannot take care of herself and caused enough problems for everyone around her. She is described by many as the most disliked character of ‘Girls’.

9. Jenny (Gossip Girl)

Jenny was quite liked initially on the show, due to her sweet nature and her girl next door persona. But she quickly went on to become an extremely controlling and manipulative character on the show. It was no wonder that Dan could not control her little sister. Fans were quite overjoyed when she was finally thrown out of the Upper East Side by Blair, because of her one night stand with Chuck.

Joffrey is rated by many as perhaps the most hated character of the show. He is a sadistic and manipulative coward. He loved to torture people and was the son of his Cersei, who was his mother and Jaime who was actually his uncle. Fans loved and relieved the moment when he got slapped right across the face by his uncle, Lord Tyrion. His death on the show was a welcome sight, although people would have loved to see him getting a more painful one.

She used to be an exceptional attorney but went on to become an alcoholic girl, who could not take care of the various troubles in her life. She is the wife of famous drug lord and kingpin Walter White. She is mainly hated more because of her husband than for herself. But that does not mean that she is not detestable. Followers of the show mainly pointed out the faulty parenting of Donald Draper. But Betty was even more criticized because of not being a good mother. Her chain smoking habits hardly helped her case. The award of being the most hated character of ‘Mad Men’ definitely goes to Pete Campbell. One of the most cunning employees of Sterling Cooper & Partners, he is disliked for many reasons. His blackmailing of Don, his constant whining, and his mixed love life has truly irritated all viewers alike. It was a relief when he finally paid for all his troubles.

In spite of the fact that there were numerous zombies moving around, she could not take proper care of her son Carl.
