1. Unfaithful (2002)

In this movie, a woman is drawn into a passionate affair with a handsome Frenchman - but her husband's suspicions lead to a tragedy. The movie has ample of sexual scenes that are graphic, lengthy and numerous. Richard Gere and Diane Lane starred in this erotic thriller.

2. Irreversible (2002)

Events of one night unfold in the reverse time. A stranger brutally rapes Alex. Her boyfriend and ex-lover get in touch with 2 ex-convicts to search for that stranger so that they can bring him to justice. It is directed by the ace director Gaspar Noé, who has been famous for his depiction of disturbing scenarios to the world. The movie has a 9-minute long rape scene that did lead to a lot of controversies for the film. The film is also famous for the amount of gore violence it showed.

3. The Evil Dead (2013)

The plot of the movie revolves around a group of friends who go to a faraway cabin for a weekend stay and there they find a book which summons an evil soul from the forest and it forces them to perform evil things.. The film was rumored to have broken the R-rating, due it is explicit gore content.

4. Teeth (2007)

The movie revolves around the story of Dawn. She is a member of her school’s chastity club. She eventually meets a boy named Toby (played by Hale Appleman) and the two develop an attraction for each other and get intimate. Then all of a sudden they get to know that Dawn serves as a live caricature of the vagina dentate myth and it is then that things start going downwards. This disturbing turn pretty much fits into the NSFW category.

5. A Clockwork Orange (1971)

Inspired by Anthony Burgess’ novel, which explores the universe of rape, violence and nudity, the story is set in future Britain. The story revolves around a conman named Alex DeLarge who is taken into custody. Then he chooses to volunteer for an experimental diversion therapy initiated by the government to resolve criminal issues of the society. But like every other good step, this too doesn’t execute as easily as expected.

The movie revolves around the story of three friends traveling across Europe. They meet a man who convinces them to visit a hostel. When they reach there, they encounter terrifying situations. The movie is simply NSFW for its blood gore fest and dismantled limbs everywhere.

The horrific plot revolves around the deranged surgeon who is planning to form a creature by stitching up 3 people together, by their intestines. This movie came out to be too harsh for the audiences.
