Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao

Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao is a movie producer, director and writer of Telugu films. He has also acted in some Telugu films. He was born in Thathapudi, a small village in the Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh. Telugu is the state language of Andhra Pradesh, the city where he was born. He was the son of an ordinary farmer. He went to school in the following villages- Martur, Murikipudi and Thathapudi, his birthplace. As all of these were villages, they had no proper colleges in them. Thus, he went to Chilakaluripet city of Andhra Pradesh to get his college education. A career in the film industry must have inspired him when he was in college in Chilakaluripet city, because he then initialized working under a director.

Soon, he started assisting T. Krishna, or Tottempudi Krishna, who was a famous Tollywood editor and director. T. Krishna is known to have made many revolutionary movies.
