Bosskey

Bosskey’s full name is Bosskey Balasubramanian. He is an Indian Video Jockey (VJ), Radio Jockey, television anchor, cricketer, stand-up comedian, supporting actor, and film critic working in the Tamil film (Kollywood) and media industry. His nickname is Lisa. He was born on February 11, 1962. His nationality is Indian. His hobby is acting, and he loves performing in films and shows.

Bosskey took to leg-spin at eight after finding that no one could take on his leg-spin on the streets of Mylapore, where he played tennis ball cricket in the late 1960s. By the late 1970s, he had made a mark, having played for the state schools. He was good at his studies and was always a class topper. His father also encouraged his sporting interest. His bowling for the TNCA colts and SZ Univ left the teams in Bombay shattered. In early 81, he wanted to play for India after returning with the Vizzy Trophy. A year later, he had settled on a banking career at IOB.

Bosskey has worked as a television anchor in several television shows such as “Hari Giri Assembly” (thousands of daily comedy interviews) and “Siri Giri Station,” which aired on Jaya TV. It was a massive hit among television audiences. He had a long-term association with Jaya TV through his famous shows. Also, he has presented almost five thousand radio shows on Radio Mirchi, Suryan FM, and Big FM. He has written seventeen thousand jokes for Ananda Vikatan, a Tamil language weekly magazine. Also, he ran Giri Giri column in Ananda Vikatan magazine. As a stand-up comedian, Bosskey has hosted in “Idhu Epdi Irukku” show on Vijay TV. As an anchorman, he worked for Kishkinta’s Manthira Arai.

Bosskey has also appeared in eighteen Tamil films in comedy and character roles. He portrayed a pivot role of the hero’s PA in the Tamil flick titled “Uyarthiru 420.” It was his big break in Kollywood. Therefore, he has spent over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry.
