Sasitharan is a singer, songwriter, host, actor, and musician based in Tamil Nadu. He has been singing since he was a child. He predominantly works in the Kollywood entertainment industry. He is inspired by legendary singers such as singer Unni Krishan and the late singer SPB. During his school days, he used to volunteer to sing whenever his class teacher asked the students to sing in the classroom.
