Roshini JKV is an Indian playback singer. She was born on 01 December 1986 in Tiruchirappalli (also known as Trichy or Tiruchi), Tamil Nadu, India, in a Tamil family. Her father is Dr Joseph Kaliyaperumal, and her mother is Mrs Lucy Joseph. She has a sister named Anitha Solomon (aka singer Shalini JKV). Both sisters were featured in the Guinness Book of World Records for their performance in Singing Non-stop for 37 Hours. She has done secondary school in Tiruchirappalli. Later, her family moved to Chennai, and then she did her high secondary from Chennai. She graduated with a degree in B.E. (Computer Science) from Chennai. In 2011, she married Jack and later gave birth to a girl child. Her hobbies are Listening to all Kinds of Music, Watching Movies, Reading Books, and Travelling, Roshni participated as a contested in the seventh season of the Tamil reality show Super King which was telecasted on the television channel Vijay Tv. She has worked in Kollywood and Tollywood film industries.
She has worked in various language movies like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. She gave her first stage performance by singing the song Kanmani Anbodu from the movie Guna for a cultural event in front of around 2000 audience at the age of 4. She sang for the first in public at a marriage function at 8. She debuted singing Kaananguruvi in the movie Aaha enna porutham (Solo child voice) with Mrs Anuradha Sriram. Music by.Vidhyasagar.
