Abhishek Raghuram is an Indian Carnatic vocalist born on 26th September 1985. He was born into a family of musicians and is the grandson of mridangam player Palghat R. Raghu. He completed his BSc in Mathematics from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College and then joined Anna University for Post-graduation in Computer Science but later abandoned it to pursue music. He started learning mridangam from his grandfather and did vocal training under P. S. Narayanaswamy.
