News Reader Bharani

Bharani Dharan G. is a presenter and newsreader in Tamil on Raj TV. He was born on October 15, 1981, in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu, to Gurumurthy V., who was a personal assistant to the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvarur, and Meenakshi G. Bharani resides in Ambattur, Chennai. He finished his high school education at St. Joseph High School, Cuddalore, in 2000. He did his graduation in computer science from St. Joseph’s College of Arts and Science, Cuddalore, in 2003.

He spent the next few years at SRM University, pursuing his Master's in MCA. After he finished his postgraduate studies in 2007, he got admission to Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation to do an MPhil in computer science. He became a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science after his research at the Vela Institute of Science, Technology, and Advanced Studies in 2023. Bharani developed interests in reading computer magazines, listening to FMs, and gardening.

He has worked as a newsreader at the Indian Sat System in Cuddalore. He was a software associate at Sify Technologies Ltd. in Taramani, Tamil Nadu, till February 2008. Later, he went on to become a lecturer at Vel Tech Engineering College in Tamil Nadu. He gave lectures there until September 2013. He is an assistant professor at the Department of BCA at the New College in Chennai, India. Bharani is teaching undergraduate students about the new trends in technology at the college. He has also published about 11 papers, including conference papers and articles in his field.

Some titles of his publications are: Predictive Scaling of Elastic Pod Instances for Modern Applications on the Public Cloud through Long Short-Term Memory; A Paradigm Shift towards On-Premise Modern Data Centre Infrastructure for Agility and Scalability in Resource Provisioning; and Efficient Ultra-Elastic Resource Provisioning through Hyper-Converged Cloud Infrastructure using Hybrid Machine Learning Techniques.
