S J Edward Raj is a famous director. He has directed many films and TV series. He completed his schooling at Little Flower Middle School and St.Joseph’s(College) School. After this, he graduated in Film. After this, he worked closely with Director Manivannan and released many films, some of which include Sandanakatru starring Vijayakanth and Gowdgami, Vazhkai Sakkaram starring Sathyaraj, Gowdhami, and Goundamani, Pudhu Manidhan starring Sathyaraj, Banupriya, Goundamani and Manoramma. Apart from this, he has also worked as an actor in many films, including Sandana Katru, Sathyavakku, Vazhkai Sakkaram, Pudhu Manidan, Thodari, and Sketch. Raj is also a member of the Tamil Film Director’s Association, Tamil Film Producers Council, Small Screen Producers Association, Film Writers Union, Small Screen Artists Union, Small Screen Writer’s Association, and Small Screen Director’s Union.
