Arjun Jena is a well-known Indian cinematographer. Arjun is known predominantly for his contributions to the Tamil film industry. Arjun has also worked in Telugu Industry too. He was born on the 6th of March, in 1971. His place of birth is Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Arjun began with his career as an assistant cameraman under the guidance of P.C. Shreeram. He worked with him in movies like Thevar Magan in 1992, Kurudipunal in 1995, Subha Sankalp in 1994, and many more. Arun has also worked as an operating cameraman under the direction of the cinematographer Jeeva. He is active since 1991 till the present date. He has gained his education from the MGR Government Film and Television Institute.
Arun’s first independent work as a cinematographer was ‘Kadhal Virus.’ This film got awarded with Tamil Nadu State Film Award in Best Cinematography. His other works include Tulsi Apa, Ala Modalaindi, Oka Oorilo, Aegean,
