He completed an internship at Le Méridien, Kochi, after earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from Christ University before beginning his career in film. He made his acting debut in 2016's Mudhugauv, a romantic comedy that saw him nominated for a SIIMA Award for Best Debut Actor. The well-known Malayalam actor, Suresh Gopi's son, is Gokul Suresh Gopi. His acting career began in Mudhugauv (2016). He appeared in the Mammootty-starring film Masterpiece in 2017.
