Talented Malayalam playback singer Sajila Saleem has established herself in the music business. She is the daughter of famous playback singer Kannur Salim and was born in Kannur. Sajila faced numerous difficulties and initial rejections in her singing career. She wanted to fulfill the high expectations of her father's legacy. Determined and never giving up, she continued believing that she was lacking talent but was willing to go beyond any obstacle. Sajila opened a boutique, even though she had no prior training or experience in fashion design. The market first presented challenges for her business, she continued. Sajila put a lot of effort into improving her vocals at the same time. She struggled with depression during this time. Also, her father's absence made her depression worse.
