Ezhacherry Ramachandran is a Malayalam poet, journalist, and lyricist. Ramachandran is from the Kottayam district, Kerala. He has won various awards in his career, such as Kerala State Bala Sahitya Institute Award in 1995, Kerala Sahitya Award in 2008, Ulloor Award, and Abu Dhabi Shakti Award. Ramachandran won the prestigious award Vayalar Award in 2020. Ezhacherry Ramachandran was a part of a movie called Nerariyum Nerathu. Ramachandran completed his education at S.V.N.S.S High School in Edanad. He later went on to become the chief editor of the Deshabhimani weekly newspaper. Ezhacherry Ramachandran has also written more than 30 songs for movies.
