Arun Chandra Kumar

Arun Chandra Kumar is a thriving actor who was born at 31 July 1990 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He belongs to a very basic family, but his passion and love towards acting made him come all the way up to here. His father Mr. R Chandra Kumar and Mother Mrs Shobhana had been really supportive in his every fall and rise. They have never questioned his path being an Actor and Director.

He has done his schooling at St. Mary's and Abraham memorial H.S.S. He is also a BBA graduate from Annamalai University. He is more into the serial industry, Short films and Music videos and he loves to get acknowledged as an artist. He had also worked in some private firms like Vespa ICICI before he fully focused on acting as his full-time career.

From school times he was interested in drama, music and dance. So, He initiated a short film back in 2011 with his friends. Unfortunately that short film didn't work well. So, he got disappointed and dropped the idea but from there he got the opportunity to work in a serial, in 2012

Name of his first short film was Ellam Theppu, from there he got a lot of courage and passion to work in this industry and earn a name. After that, he worked in many other short films, music videos and serials. He has done tremendous work in a few short films and music videos which are Yaksham, Boyhood, Hoori, ALA, Rithuragam, Voice of the voiceless, Neelima lodge, Jogini.

He has also worked in Serials named Aardram, Ammamansam, Amma, 4the people, Anuragam. Also, he tried his luck recently in directing with a short film – NJAN. His most acknowledged work till now has been Yaksham which is also very close to his heart.
