Krishna Padmakumar is a child artist known for her role in the M.G. Sasi produced 2010 film, Janaki. She won the Kerala State Film Award in the “best child artist” category for the film. She played the role of Sita in the film.

She was born in 1998. Krishna Padmakumar is a student at St. Augustine's Girls Higher Secondary High School in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam. She has two siblings, a younger brother, and a younger sister. It was only after arriving at the location for the filming of Janaki that she knew that her character was the main character. She played a 12-year-old orphan who is adopted by a senile Gandhian called Shekharan Master. He treats her like his grandchild, and she finds a sense of belonging in the loving environment of his family. After his death, however, she returns to her old ways and ends up back on the street.

She has said that she will do films in future only if the script is good enough. She thinks that her studies deserve greater importance than her cinema career.

Krishna Padmakumar is an avid dancer and has participated in school talent festivals, including at Muvattupuzha sub-district Youth Festival 2011, which was held in Valakom, Ernakulam. She says that her dream is to become a dance teacher.

Master Jeevan

Master Jeevan or Jeevan Gopal is famous for the portrayal of ‘Deepu’ in the serial, “Amma” telecasted in Asianet. He is popular among children as their favorite ‘Jeem Boom Baa’. He was born on April 26, 1997, and entered the entertainment industry as a child artist. He first appearance in Television was in the serial, “Anantham”, and then in the fictional devotional serial, “Devi Mahatmyam”. However, his big break came through the serial, “Allauddinte Athbuthavilakku”, as the genie ‘Jeem Boom Baa’, who created miracles when kids wanted him to. It was one of the most successful and hit serials targeting children. Later on, he was featured in the serial, “Amma” as ‘Deepu’, son of Ambika, a cruel character who always created obstacles for Chinnu for his own benefits. But in the later part of the serial, the character turns out to be a good person and supports Chinnu. The serial is still successfully telecasted in Asianet. He was also portrayed as a brother in Panjagni, the serial telecasted on Kairali TV. He entered into Malayalam films through “Mummy and Me”, a Jithu Joseph film. He was featured as the naughty and foodie brother to Jewel, the central character. The combined scenes of Jewel and him aroused laughter in the theaters, and he was remembered for the humor. He appeared again in a movie directed by Jithu Joseph called, “My Boss” in 2012, as the naughty and childish brother to actor Dileep’s character. His character was trying to play pranks on his brother and his girlfriend, which was very well appreciated. He also acted in “Kamath and Kamath”, performing the childhood of the character played by Baburaj. His other notable movies are “Pokkiri Raja”, “Mohabbat”, “Meow Meow”, and “Karimpoocha”. His interests are acting, folk dance, mono-act, Kadhaprasangam, and Mappila Pattu. His ambition is to join the Indian Military when he is grown up and wants to become at least a Major or Lt. Colonel. He has received many awards like Asianet Television Award 2011 for best child artist, Paravur Devaraj Award, Rajiv Gandhi Award, Thekkan Star Award, Nalandakalarethna Puraskkaram and Frame Media Award. He has also participated in the Asianet Reality Show, “Munch Dance Dance”.
