Amrit Jose Appaden is a renowned chef from Kerala and lives in Pune, Maharashtra but was brought up in Riyadh. His parents are father Jose Appadan, an auditor and head nurse in Riyadh and his mother is Eliyamma. He has an elder brother named Ajay Jose, who is an engineer at Info Park. He pursued his schooling from Montfort Senior Secondary School, Anakkara and Infant Jesus Residential School. He did a course in hospitality management from Pune and has experience working in Saudi Arabia and Hyderabad. He has worked as a chef in hotels like Taj, Dasvino Club, and Marriott.
He has remained a former trainee at Royal Kitchen and the Architectural Department at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center. He did internship in big company like ITC Fortune. He has gained significant popularity through the reality TV show ‘
